From the roof of the world
Himalayan Black Tea · Single Origin · Nepal
Most tea is grown for yield. Ours is grown for altitude — where thin air and cold nights force the leaf to concentrate everything it is into a single, slow, deliberate harvest.
In eastern Nepal, our gardens sit at 2,500 metres. The mountains do the work no machine can: mist that slows growth, granite soils that sharpen flavour, and a stillness you can taste in the cup.
Two leaves and a bud. Each one chosen by hands that have read these slopes for generations. No shortcuts. No volume targets. Only the standard the leaf deserves.
Organic certified and single-origin — every batch traceable to the garden and the season it was picked. Provenance you can verify, not just believe.
A black tea of unusual restraint. Oxidised only partially, it keeps the brightness of the high spring garden — a clean, luminous finish that lingers like morning light on the ridge.

Pan-fired within hours of plucking, the leaf never oxidises. What reaches the cup is the mountain itself — fresh, vegetal, crisp as thin air, with a sweetness drawn from above the cloud line.

Golden tips, selected one by one and oxidised under close watch — round, honey-sweet, burnished with apricot and warm spice. Presented in the hand-finished gift box, made to be given.

A tea grown slowly, at altitude, for those who taste the difference.
